Today I came with new solved Team viewer error i.e; A connection could not be established Team viewer not running on partner computer

To solve this error first you should open Run command (windows button + R button )and type cmd
then you will see a window like below
Then type services.msc and you will see the windows services window
Now restart the Team viewer service by giving a right-click on it.
