Shortcut key for marking or selecting checkbox using keyboard

Hi Guys,

Today i came with new trick for marking or selecting check boxes while filling forms using keyboard only

example : deleting temporary file from  system.

Step1: windows + R hit enter button

Step2: type Temp and hit enter

step3: select all using Ctrl + A and use Shift + delete (for permanent deletion of temporary files).

Step4: Now click on Yes button

Step5: In this step temporary files which are not in use will be deleted and which are in use will not deleted as the process is running on the machine.

Step6 : Now use keyboard to select the check box.

Use Tab button or Arrow keys to move between buttons.

In this case i have used arrow keys to select the field as shown in the below image.


Once the required field is selected now use SPACE button or ENTER key to select or mark the check box using keyboard.

How to copy file path and short cut for copying the file path

Hi Guys,

In this tutorial i am explaining about copying a file path.

As we know the structure of a files.In general we used to copy the path of a file by going to properties of a file.

A folder consists of many sub-folders and files each sub-folder may contain many sub-folders and following files.

where we will not get the entire path of an individual file by going to properties of a file.

Here is the shortcut to get the path of individual file.

goto the required file and press shift key + right click --> go to the option copy as path.

Steps for adding Tasks and To do list on preview pane of Outlook

Hi Guys,

Today i came with new trick to add Tasks and To do list to Preview pane in Outlook.

In general you can view the tasks and Todo list by navigating to Left bottom corner of outlook and by clicking on 3dots ( ... )


now click on tasks :


To view the list of Tasks available as well as todo list.


Trick to view the Tasks and todo list on preview pane of Outlook.



Go to toolbar at the top and navigate to view --> then go to --> To do bar --> select tasks as shown in the below image.




That's done now you can view the tasks in preview pane of outlook.

Make your work much easier using simple tricks.
